I'm bored!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Salam peeps, I am bored!! Gosh, I have nothing to do and I am not used to it at all.. I used to have a busy schedule when I was doing my Med rotation and yes, I am glad that it's over but somehow, I am missing it too.. I have nothing to look fwd to every time I wake up from sleep.. No alarm clocks!! Today is my second day of holiday.. Yesterday, I went to DFO with Ayun and Shing.. They had their rural exam yesterday morning and after their exam, we headed to DFO airport for their last min shopping.. I bought one working attire and one dress which costs me only $10.. I dunno if I'll ever wear it or not, but it's too cheap to resist..

Today, I woke up early lol.. It's really wierd that I usually had difficulties waking up from bed during schooldays but during holidays, that does not seem to be a problem at all.. Nabilah had her exam this morning while Ayun and Shing left to do their surgery rotation in brunei.. BOOO!! They'll gonna be in Brunei for the next 2 months.. gonna miss them!! and after that, it's gonna be our time to do it in Brunei.. yay!! cant wait in June.. ;) I have so many things to look fwd in Brunei.. esp in June and July!! But before that, we have to do rural rotation for 8 weeks!! Lets see if I can stand living in rural areas.. Just hope that I'll be fine and I am sure I will.. :) I'm gonna make my stay in rural a good experience and as a great learning tool for me in the future.. Hwaiting!!

I also went to PAH today to clear my locker!! Since i wont be doing any more rotations at PAH this year, I've returned my PAH proxy card and locker key and got my $50 refund.. I'm sure gonna miss PAH.. Overall, I enjoy the hospital environment.. Although it's small compared to RBH, but I think I've learnt much from the hospital too.. esp from the GARU (geriatrics and rehabilition unit) The teaching itself is also good and I personally think that I've gained a lot of things from my 7 weeks rotation, not only in terms of knowledge, but also communication and also social values that cannot be learnt from any textbooks.. The exam was tough though, but it was a good experience too!!

I have not decided what specialty would I choose once I graduated.. I am actually interested in General Medicine and also Geriatrics.. BUT, that would only apply if I'm working in Australia.. So far, I heard that Brunei does not offer any GM or Geriatrics since there's no unit for the specialty mentioned.. Aigoo!! But yeah, since I just had my first rotation, I think it's wise for me to expose myself with varieties and decide later.. Its a long way to go!! although some would say, we're approaching the end soon.. Amin..

We planned to go to GC tmrw!!! The last time we went there was in September last year!! I cant wait to have my waffle at Max Brenner cafe.. Sia2pun hehe.. will take pics tmrw.. :)

p.s I miss my family so much. My love will always be with my loved ones ;)

To my beloved bestie, Fathiyah.. Happy Belated Bday!! I pray for your happiness in life and May Allah bless you and your family always..
Miss you Sunshine!! xx
