No updates???

Heya all.. Sorry for not updating the blog for such a long time.. I miss blogging but I just dun find the right time to blog.. Yes, I have been busy for the couple of weeks and I'm telling you that I'll be becoming more busy soon.. God, time is killing me.. I dunno but I do have occasional panic attacks these days especially when it comes to think that in a few weeks tym, we r gonna have our Mid Sem Exam!!! Waahh.. I am so not ready.. I still havent finished covering the first semester stuffs and yes, I still have to revise my last year's stuff.. Aigoo~~~ I can feel the challenge right now.. I dunno why but I seem to be more anxious this year more than last year.. A lot has happened and not all are good tho' which is the reason why I should be more hardworking and studious if I want to be in this way of life..

My life has been pretty good.. I am always healthy but slightly STRESS.. Particularly dis week coz I had my Breaking Bad news recording done on last Tuesday.. Alhamdulilah, its over but we still have to face the embarrassing moment soon.. IF last year, we were told to do a history taking videos.. this year, we were told to break bad news.. It was kinda tough as this tym, it all depends on the reaction of patients.. there are 4 cases - breast cancer, pregnant lady with Down Syndrome baby, Infertility and Car Crash!! All the 4 cases have different scenarios and were acted by professional actor/actress.. To be honest, I absolutely didnt want the car crash case coz i think that was the hardest!! The scenario for the car crash is more like this: You have to tell the husband that his wife was involved in a car crash and needs ventilation. Her prognosis was poor with only 15% survival. So you as a doctor have to tell the husband that his wife is in the critical situation. The actor seriously cried and some even bang on the door to show distress!! Insane.. well, lucky I didnt get this case.. Oh boi~~~

My case is the DS baby.. It was crap and I dun really know how to respond to the patient's feelings lols.. I still have to improve on my empathy!!! haha.. The scenario for this case is briefly, a 38yo patient came in to test for her baby and amniocentesis examination showed that the baby had DS. So you have to tell the patient about the bad news. The patient asked questions and I have to make up some answers coz I really dunno how to answer her enquiry.. She was really sympathetic and sad.. and all i can say was that "I can understand you are disappointed" "Its too much to take in now right??" "I can see that you feel so sad" lalala.. tpinya mcm karau wah ku bckp ah.. haha nampak fake lols.. I dunno, hopefully I passed as I dun wan to do the recording again ever.. Well, the breaking bad news is actually a good practice but the fact that you are being recorded and later viewed by your tutor and pbl mates makes it worst and full of embarrassment lols.. Aigoo~~ Malu eh..

I did 2 long cases sudah!! Yay! which means that I have one long case to go and about 8 short cases to do.. Yes, slowly.. But I still havent do my CC examination.. Hopefully, I'll be able to do at least one b4 the mid sem exam.. I am planning to do CVS first then gastro.. will c how it goes..

Oh yes, we have been watching movies lately in the Indroopilly cinemas.. 2 kali plg dh, consecutive weeks but different time different stories with different ppl.. The first tym ku ksana, kmi liat PINK PANTHER 2!! We didnt plan to watch this movie tho at first, we actually want to watch 17 again.. but we ended up watching Pink Panther.. It was a good, hilarious and funny movie.. I would recommend all stress ppl who has sense of humour to watch lah.. hehe it was really a good reliever.. banar!! I seriously laugh out loud arah cinema ah.. pasal ia nda ramai org jua wah, i just feel at home so nyamanlah ketwaku nda control haha lols.. I would give a verdict of B++ lah..

the next weeknya kmi liat fast and furious.. This is more to action movie.. It made me feel for the cars lols.. I want to try drifting and speeding but come to think of it, I rarely drive on the roads haha cmana kn drifting???!! hehe singgan k mall pun malas ku drive.. bukan malas lah, nda kana harap drive haha.. I still sucks in driving and seriously, its not my kind of thing at the moment.. so mayb I would like to be the passenger saja.. haha so any1 drifting out there?? sekalinya tungkal lols.. The movie was OK lah jua.. My verdict is B- hehe.. But if you love cars, go for it =) I seriously want to have one of the posh expensive cars one day haha amin2.. manatau sudah tdpt keta canggih baruth rajin drive haha..

Hmmm ok lah atu saja for now.. I dunno wat more to talk about..
