Food delicacies~~

I've just turned on my bluetooth and transferred my pictures from my phone.. and I just realised I've got lots of food pictures.. Hehe.. Enjoy.. looking at these pictures makes my stomach churning and I can hear and feel it haunting me~~ Adang dulu mamam.. Krg lagi!!


BBQ chicken and LampChop served with Mash potatoes.. Nyummy.. Healthy but High in Cholesterol!!

Ketam masak sambal!!! This is another favourite dish~~ Nyaman tu c ehsan masak!!





Inspired by JanJan, we made an effort to make our own homemade pizza.. and it turned out to be easy and most importantly, superNyummy hehe better than those instant ones hehe.. that trial was quite a success and in one week, we had two homemade pizzas - BBQ beef pizza and another was Tuna pizza.. Owww.. So good..





And lastly, a little dessert.. Chocolate Peanut Brownies, another homemade original recipe.. It turned out to be delicious but not as rich and ultimate as I want it to be.. I had a few pieces today and I was thinking I might put on weight these days!! Aigooo... weight is simply a complex thing and one thing you can note is that it's easy to put on weight but so extremely hard and challenging to lose the weight!!

At the moment, I am doing my FQs.. Not really byklah the FQs and mst are just straight fwd.. and One of it is Obesity!! I know most people are alarmed when they hear the word obesity and yes, it is a serious problem as it can predispose to other disease such as CHD, diabetes, cancer etc.. So, the burden of disease caused by obesity itself is magnificent!! As someone who is not ideal, I do struggle with my weight!! Being educated about the risk and also complications of being obese really rings a bell for myself.. I am not obese but I am overweight! But, it makes no difference as I have excess fat storage here and there.. I am more motivated in losing some weight but to actually lose those excess weight, it's really PAYAH!! And I have to admit, I struggle and I have to be more discipline and motivated.. Thank god I'm away from brunei as that is one of the major reason I can lose some weight hehe.. I think I've lost 10kgs lah in the past 2 years.. I want to reduce some more weight tpinya mcm testuck!! Haha my weight keeps on fluctuating and increase drastically while I'm back in Brunei for holidays.. Just imagined for my previous holiday, I've gained 6kgs in just 3 months!! lols Insane!! I dont do crash diet.. i just reduce my intake and sometimes but very rare, do my jogging!! I still lack motivation to do the physical activity.. Mayb its just time and the effort to jogg makes me lazy and prefers to be at home.. Oh well, insya allah, I want to get rid off at least 6 kgs before the end of the year.. and is that possible?? will c how it goes...
