A 24 yo female presented with cold - like symptoms, with no background history of chronic illness.. That is how an introduction of a long case sounds like.. Hehe interesting right?? Anyway, yeah, I am not feeling well today.. Sore throat and cold.. I've took 2 panadols this morning and my condition is now better.. and I am fit enough to go to hospital this afternoon.. I have outpatient clinic at 1-3pm and at 4, long case session.. I have one long case presentation to do today so that's why I could not escape even if I am sick.. hehe Okie.. will catch up with u all soon.. have a good day everyone.. May Allah bless us always :)
