Salam peeps, I am actually having fun today!! After almost 3 weeks of doing medicine rotation, finally, I am part of it! Yay.. Let's just hope my enthusiasm lasts forever.. Amin.. To make it simple, I had my usual ward round this morning with my registrar and also intern.. I was asked to write on 3 patient's charts today.. and then, 1 medication chart.. It was really exciting rather than just standing up there doing nothing! And also, I got to listen to do Resp exams.. just listening to pt's lungs.. :)
Then later in the afternoon, we had our outpatient clinic.. I was with my registrar.. She's really good, cheerful person and very sporting.. So I managed to help her do some examinations eg. taking BP, all reflexes, abdo exam and also listening to patient's heart and chest.. The patient was also very cooperative and playful.. opps helpful hehe.. My registrar also taught me how to write referral letter and also ordering investigations.. Yes, in a day, I learnt a lot.. :)
