First raya :)

Salam to all, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all Muslims.. For all Bruneians esp since today is their first day of eid.. For us, today's our second day!! This year's celebration is so very simple.. I dont feel any vibe for this raya.. No excitement at all.. Mcm bukan hari raya actually.. Mayb its because this year, we are not expecting the raya to be on Sunday.. Atu pun mengumumannya kana gtau akhir.. Yes, we were waiting and waiting masa Saturday night sambil kn tetido ani bh.. Last2, at almost 10 baruth ada the news that raya is on Sunday!! Org brunei msg sudah raya dorg on Monday.. Mana nda sorg2 pun nda excited!! And another thing that made this eid empty is kurangnya suara takbir..

Unlike the other years, malam before raya, kmi bekumpul arah one place and then betakbir.. But this year, since everyone is busy, nda th yg organise takbir malam raya.. pasal pengumuman kul 10 atu jua kn.. oorg pun kn tido..

Anyway, nab and I hosted a simple small raya gathering at our place masa first day of raya.. It was actually a very last minute plan.. Sampai membuat cake pun kul 12 malam.. yeah, we didnt expect raya to be soon iatah nda kmi prepare atu.. hehe.. But, Alhamdulilah, everything went well... Thanks guys for coming and also thanks for bringing food as well.. Makin byk wah makanan hehe.. sampai sorg2 pun mabuk oren and biskut raya!! haha.. Let the pics below explain everything..
