Another Boring week :S

Ah.. thank god its almost weekend!! i'm so excited coz at least i'll be having my 2 days off.. finally.. I am just feeling tired lately and my health was not really good.. I still have some back pain which comes and goes usually in the late afternoon.. pretty annoying coz sometimes it got worse that i had to take some paracetamol and rub in some ointment!! I really hope it was just muscle spasm or else i'll be dead! i dun wanna have any illnesses now especially when i'm all alone in Brisbane away from my family where all the expenses are so damn expensive!! Nauzubillah.. i just hope it will get better soon.. well, at least with 2 days of no physical activity.. LAtely, my wisdom tooth seems to be aching.. ada2 saja bh.. i hate toothache coz it really hurts!! well, lucky it wasnt really that bad compared to the one i had few yrs ago.. in which it made me cried!!

My life as usual is almost the same.. but i'm starting to get busy with all my uni stuffs.. I had to start doing my portfolios which will be due in a month tym.. I had to attend tutorials which i rather not go to coz its tym consuming and boring but had to coz its compulsory!!! at the same time, i need to catch up with my studies coz apparently, its already six weeks and i have lots of stuffs to be organised.. oh my oh my.. why ah.. the more u have to do, the more lazy u become?? i dun noe for u, but dat is what happening to me now.. I need motivation, I need power!!!! I am in need of POWER!! Go go pwer rangers!! haha if u noe what i mean...

Today is a very long and tiring day!! I didnt feel tired at first, but now, i'm fully drained!! I dun feel like doing anything, i just wanna stay in bed till tmrw if dats possible.. But i noe it aint gonna happen as I have a house warming invitation tonight.. I have to go no matter how tired i am.. it just makes me feel bad to turn ppl down.. hey, i dun wanna the same thing happen to me nnti if i have a function.. tahuth d brisbane ani nda rmai org.. evry person we know counts!! hehe.. As usual my morning is booked with pbl.. FQ presentations as usual was OK altho' this week's case is a lil bit boring!! Its about Lymphoma which is the cancer of the lymphocytes.. Oh well, its a broad topic actually and not interesting.. biasalh cancer hehe all the mechanisms for it is still unknown and still being studied.. but i like plg jua oncology no matter how boring it is.. coz its an interesting area to do jua.. However, I still prefers Cardiology!! I love cardio =) After pbl, i went to the city to have a quick lunch with Nab.. we had pizza.. Lama dh nda makan arah Abra's kebab so we had 2 slices of pizza each.. After the lunch, we headed back to RBH to do our portfolios in which we had to take history and do an examination to patient.. It was a good experience generally altho' there was some touchy moments which I personally have empathy to the patient.. "We all dun know, its all in the God's hands, betta" I am so touched... and I really wish them to get well soon and have their own lives back to normal..
