Final week just b4 Ramadhan ;)

Yea, finally ramadhan is approaching soon and I'm so excited hehe Hope i'll be able to make us of the holy month wisely and appropriately as I am kinda old enough not to take things for granted.. i want this ramadhan to be better than those in the past and hopefully, it would made some chnages in me.. insya allah :)

This week's case is about osteoporosis and a lil bit of dementia.. and my FQ was on types of dementia.. It was a pretty simple case and I enjoyed them so far.. since my FQ was on dementia, i had the chance to explore on dementia and now realised how difficult lyf can be for some1 who had one.. Nauzubillah.. Seriously, i cant imagine life with dementia.. Some of the clinical features include failure to recognise objects, hallucinations, unfamiliar faces, speech difficulties, probs with social behav, insight loss.. all to do wth the cognitive function.. How dreadful life could be.. no one can imagine..

Yesterday is a history for me.. LOts of stuffs happened yesterday and i would say 27.08.2008 adalah hari keramat huhu.. i shud be able to remember this date till i'm old and be able to spread the world to my next generation haha... I had my summative CC at 2pm and I passed hehe alhamdulilah.. my CC ended at 4pm.. Since I started my CC much earlier dis week, I decided to donate blood at the Australian Blood Bank at City.. My appointment was at 515pm.. but i went there at 5pm.. It was my first experience to donate blood.. I heard a lot about ppl's reaction to donate blood, some ppl feels dizzy, sum OK brabis.. Initially, I was kinda nervous if i wud be having dizziness or fainted as part of the symptoms of donating blood, but I was positive enuf and make myself brave and just gave it a shot..

Since i've made an appointment earlier, its easy for me as I dun have to wait that long.. I was told to fill in 3 forms; a questionanaire, a regestration form, and also a sort of health check form wif lots of question in it such as vaccination, sex history bla bal.. and also not to forget, my menu meal afta donating blood.. Once i've finished completing the form, I was called for an interview.. and after the interview, they checked my bp which was slightly high hehe and also my HB level, which is normal of 144.. so after about 20 mins inside the interview room, I was ready to donate blood hehe nda kna reject yo hehe...

so i sat at this magic chair hehe duduk saja ia sendiri adjust, but i was being clumsy n panic hehe takut ku kursinya atu luan tejungkang ke blakang haha.. but it was comfy brabiz... so they checked my vein and poked the long needle.. ahhhh sakit!!! hehe padas plg rasanya but it wasnt dat bad... the nurse friendly lah.. suka ku.. and they were really concern and balik2 tanya if ok kh nda.. tpi aku ok brabiz.. no dizziness no light headedness.. waseh hebat!! and surprisingly, it only took me 6 mins to complete a bag of blood.. hehe coz the normal one is about 10 mins avg hehe.. so dat shows my blood suka bnr kn flow hehe so i better watch out and prevent my self from bleeding hehe.. afta siap dah, they told me to wait for about 10 mins arah kursi atu n bagi jus, since dorg takutku paning.. tpi i was 100% fine..

so i stood up and went to the cafe to get my meal.. I had cake, biscuit and hot tea.. since atu saja yg aku assume halal haha.. so sat sana dlm 20 mins.. ok maseh nda paning.. so i went out of the place n headed to the bus stop.. At the bus stop, there was lots of ppl waiting the bus.. crowded brabis.. and out of the sudden, i have this eerriiee mixed feelings.. paning, suffocate n nausea.. so aku duduklah and the lights didnt help and made me more sick.. I was sweating badly and my temp kajap sajuk kajap panas.. All i can think of at that moment, mudahan ku nda pengsan.. balik2 ku ckp hehe.. so i called nab to tell my situation n just rested.. the bus came but since there's lots of ppl waiting, i surrendered and just sat and waited for the next bus..

i was feeling a lil bit better.. had lots of water n candies.. dn dtg balik tia symptoms ah.. seriously, i became anaemic haha.. lols, pucat brabiz mukaku x dat tym coz i can feel that my face was cold and pale.. the next bus came n dgn jalan yg mabuk2, i went inside the bus.. i tink ppl realised that i was 'drunk' so they kinda gave way for me to go in the bus.. aku bjalan atu mcm nda terasa plg lantai ah.. and i had to hold onto something to make me stand up.. sadis lah.. i was lucky to get the seat balakng bus driver.. pasal apa nah.. huhu sal aku muntah dlm bus for 3 times.. haha.. baik jua ada plastic bagas ku bali syampoo dlm beg so atuth jdi mangsa hehe n my bag jua sal tesmudge hehe.. so iatah hehe.. sadis lah pokonya hehe.. my first experience tu dari awal sampai abizz hehe..

But sumhow, it didnt make me to stop donating blood.. i would gave another shot again later but this tym i'll make sure that i'm prepared.. hehe jgn sorg2.. and make sure that i had enuf rest as my symptoms dtg lagging ah.. cawie.. i tink its becoz of my fast blood flow atu x jua which affect it.. mayb my body was adapting to the loss slowly jua.. haha.. sejarah.. but i am proud coz sampai hajat and it really satisfied me to know that part of my blood will flow onto someone's else body and helped them survive.. amin2..
