"owh doctor, i had chest pain"

what would you do if a patient come to c u and had chest pain??? well, dats pretty much my FQ for dis week the differential diagnosis of Chest Pain.. hehe if a patient comes to c u having a chest pain, dn its wise to ask more about the history f the presenting complain such as the duration, location, radiation, onset, associated features and etc.. y??? well, its becoz there's about 20-40 main causes of chest pain which can be due to cardiac aetiologies or non-cardiac aetiologies.. yup yup n dats why u must react fast coz some may be life threatening such as IHD.. hehehe well, yea.. some tips of the day.. :p
this morning, i wasnt sure whether to come to the lecture or not.. but i did set my alarm at 630am.. however, as usual i snoozed the alarm and ended turning it off coz i was really feeling tired n sleepy.. i didnt have good quality of sleep dis days.. mayb due to the incraese in stress level due to the approaching exam and also due to the stimulant (coffee) which i have been drinking everyday and kinda addicted to it now :) i woke up at 845am coz Ayun called me.. i was "mengusut" masa ia tepun coz aku tgh tidu nyaman2 sekali i tot its my alarm so i tried to snooze it.. mana mau beranti.. dn i just realised it was a phone call.. she was asking me a favor to buy her bus tiket coz she left her student card at home..
i went to uni at 945am.. i was first to enter the pbl room coz almost every1 were still at the lecture.. hoho.. the pbl was good and fun.. it was interactive and i was really amazed by Reggie wif his FQ on ECG.. IT was super OSSOMM... handal lah ia explain.. i neva imagined myself gonna giv a good xplanation and also presentation lyk him.. mayb insya allah will take sum tym..
my pbl ended at 12pm.. by dat tym i was hoping and berharap tejumpa c NK masa kuar pbl room, turun tangga and along the way tpi hmmm i guess it was too late so NDAA.. so i havent seen hiim dis week wich is soo frustrating.. i went home afta pbl to have my lunch and do some revision...
at 145pm, i headed back to uni coz i had my summative exam on resp system at 3pm.. i went to pbl room and did sum more recaps and revision.. alhamdulilah, it went well and my tutor said i did good n i passed.. since we finished at 410pm.. i decided to get sum groceries n munchies at coles, hawken drive.. spent about 40 mins there and headed home.. on my way back home, i met dis arab looking guy sasat kn tau dmana 6th avenue.. and he was refering to dis map.. so i showed him the way according to the map.. ntah luruskh nda.. heheh.. dn i met dis old woman with her dog yg rayap2.. iatah aku atu d blakang dorg and batah lah ku bjalan olehnya.. sal she wud stop kalo kuyuknya stop.. so aku pun mcm ikut jua stop coz aku nda berani potong jalannya sal kuyuk nya tu mcm mabuk hehe.. i went to acai to get bread jua.. dn baruth balik rumah.. CtN cooked daging kicap and sardine.. n we had dat with bread.. ossooomm.. :) well dats bascially how i enjoyed my day.. how about u??? what did u do?? kekeke..
