I need a C.A.R!!!

wat a day!!! everything went smoothly today.. just as good as i want it to be.. haha.. last nite i was hoping to wake up early and had my breaky at refrac but it ended to be just a dream~~~ luan nyaman tdo ku atu malas th ku ingau kn scones haha.. today's pbl was different!! we didnt had any FQs presentation but rather an Q&A session!!! it was fun and help me refresh some of the stuffs which i've read thro' the past few days.. haha still.. i figured out dat some stuffs which i ignored to bother are the fav examination ques!! wat the H***!!! its always "expect the unexpected" shaiittt and i dun lyk surprises!! and hopefully, i wont be getting huge surprises next week.. i dun wanna spent my holiday having an angina part of the withrawal symptoms haha..
my pbl ended 10 mins early.. went home.. had my mushroom soup for lunch!! and headed back to the city to catch the bus to rbwh.. i had my cc as usual at 3pm but i went there at 2 30 to get sphygmomanometer for my dek yun haha.. our cc today is our clinical visit!! my fav part of all.. haha (:p) i find clinical visit is interesting and some how challenging to deal w real patients in the wards!! and today is my second clinical ward visit.. and my first tym w/ our tutor.. we were divided to 2 groups.. a pair each.. me n R.. so we went to take history and also did some clinical examination on this old kind, sweet and gentle man.. he had SOB and associated with cardiac failure.. it was a pity to see him suffering from the disease but he's a happy and cheerful old man.. throughout the history taking session, i learned a lot about his disease and his life which is so touchy and rather interesting.. he had stroke before so he had limited speech which sometimes makes me difficult to really understand what he's saving.. thank god my tutor is there to calrify some stuffs which i made be blank haha.. i have to admit dat english is my second language.. i find it hard sumtyms to communicate w ppl haha.. language is definetely a barrier for me now but yeah insya allah wif practice, it shud be better..
the clinical examination turned out to be very educational.. i had the opportunity to see some of the symptoms right in front of my eyes.. lyk dis patient had peripheral odema, by pass surgical scars, pallor and also some scars from his previous stroke.. i also managed to hear some "murmurs" which is thought to be a systolic murmur and also "crackles" due to edema in his lungs.. His pulse is also diferent in character which is distinct from normal.. i wished him well soon and its really a great pleasure to have him as our patient.. he also wished me luck and ended saying "god bless u my dear!!" so touchy.. :0
we had fake history taking session again afta we left the ward.. dis tym i became the patient presenting the same symptoms as the old man.. we discussed about his case.. our cc ended 30 mins earlier and i was really hoping to go back home soon..
when i arrived at the bus stop, i was happy dat the bus will be arriving in 2 mins tym.. BUT!!! the bus S*CKS!!! i had to wait almost 1 hour for the bus.. i was really P*ssed!!
the only bus came at arnd 5 30.. we had to squeeze ourselves to make sure we could fit into the bus.. i tink dats the most 'samak' bus ever.. it accomodated more dn 50ppl.. bnar.. caya th kmu.. mun nda tnya c HaO.. since we're in the same bus!! dn sampai d city naik bus 412.. baik jua on time.. balik rumah about 6 pm!! wat a day.. so tired!!! i dun tink i'll be able to get my revision done today.. i'm just soo ngalih.. :p just wanna relax tonite and get busy starting tmrw!!!
